A hands-on Japanese sushi and dumpling workshop where students will make two sushi rolls, including a shrimp tempura roll, create their own custom sushi roll, prepare homemade Yum Yum sauce, learn beginner knife skills, fill and fold handmade gyoza dumplings, enjoy a Japanese snack tasting, participate in a fun Tour of Japan featuring imported snacks and traditional Japanese items, and take home their own bamboo sushi mat.

Throughout the class, students will build real kitchen skills including knife skills, food preparation techniques, and traditional cooking methods while also learning about the history and traditions behind Greek cuisine.
