Upcoming Classes

A hands-on sushi workshop where students will explore the flavors, techniques, and traditions of Japanese cuisine! Students will make two homemade sushi rolls, learn beginner sushi-making and rolling techniques, and work with a variety of fresh ingredients. Students will also enjoy a Japanese snack tasting and learn more about Japanese food and culture. Each student will receive a bamboo sushi mat to take home so they can continue practicing their new skills.

A hands-on Mexican cooking workshop where students will explore the flavors, traditions, and food history of Mexico! Students will make fresh salsa, prepare authentic guacamole, and make homemade corn tortillas from scratch while practicing beginner kitchen skills and working with fresh ingredients. Throughout the workshop, students will also explore Mexican food history and learn about the ingredients and traditions behind some of Mexico’s most recognizable foods.

Celebrate fall with a hands-on pumpkin workshop filled with seasonal cooking, treats, and fun! Each student will make two personal pumpkin pies from scratch and learn the basics of preparing one of fall’s most classic desserts. Students will also make homemade vanilla ice cream to pair with their creations and enjoy a fall treat tasting featuring seasonal flavors and goodies.
