Upcoming Classes

A hands-on Japanese sushi and dumpling workshop where students will make two sushi rolls, including a shrimp tempura roll, create their own custom sushi roll, prepare homemade Yum Yum sauce, learn beginner knife skills, fill and fold handmade gyoza dumplings, enjoy a Japanese snack tasting, participate in a fun Tour of Japan featuring imported snacks and traditional Japanese items, and take home their own bamboo sushi mat.

A hands-on Japanese sushi workshop where students will make a California roll, make a shrimp tempura roll, prepare homemade Yum Yum sauce, learn beginner knife skills, practice traditional sushi rolling techniques, take home their own bamboo sushi mat, and receive a recipe packet to continue making sushi at home.
